TrueCare Medicals is a Primary Healthcare facility which was founded to in 2022 but had its initial conception in 2020. We are focused on improving the health of our clients by adopting a holistic approach and by incorporating basic lifestyle changes with modern medical interventions to achieve successful outcomes.

Though we manage primary healthcare, we tend to pay more focus on minor orthopedic management for adult hand surgery, including percutaneous metacarpal fracture management.

The medical clinic was founded and is managed by Dr Johannes E.B Sinclair, who originates from New Amsterdam. He is a former student of the All saints primary and New Amsterdam Senior Secondary School (formerly New Amsterdam Multilateral), where he completed both CSEC Certificate and CAPE diploma. He later pursued his dream of becoming a medical practitioner in Cuba in 2008. After completing his 7 years of studies he worked within the public sector for almost 6 years, the last three (3) of which were spent practicing in the orthopedic surgical specialty. He is now working within the private medical Arena, some of which is served as an Offshore physician within the oil and gas sector.

Services offered

Primary healthcare services include: management of Hypertension, Diabetes, Asthma, Dermatological ailments, Asthma and respiratory tract infections among others.

Minor orthopedic managements include: immobilization of the upper and lower limbs, closed reductions for fractures of the upper limbs, invasive and non invasive management of fractures of the hand, excisions of small subcutaneous masses of the palm, forearms and fingers as well as tendon releases.

We also offer OTC medications for clients, all with the goal of guaranteeing accessibility to healthcare.
